Did you know Gazelle bikes are rapidly sold in numerous countries throughout the world?

Dutch heritage, Koninklijke Gazelle asked Dot Connectors to help them create an efficient pipeline for marketing asset creation: from in-store materials up to videos. Dot Connectors focused on streamlining the internal process in terms of RACI, consistent briefing documents, and throughput times.
It was a great project to work on and share our vision on efficiencies in content creation.

Later, the sister brand 'Kalkhoff Germany' invited us for a somewhat similar trajectory, focusing on better project kick-offs resulting in better-defined ownership between the internal teams.

The Gazelle Innovation and Production Center is located in Dieren.

The facility houses both the factory and the offices of various departments of Gazelle. From the outside, the Gazelle Innovation and Production Center exudes a historical charm, but the interior of the building is state-of-the-art. This aesthetic aligns with the identity and qualities of Gazelle.
