In an era where digital and content production demands are ever-increasing, this client faced significant challenges in streamlining its production processes.

The primary goals for Kia and Hyundai, the agency’s clients were to reduce production costs, shorten lead times, and enhance the consistency and quality of assets across various digital touchpoints.

 

My task was to embark on developing a comprehensive production strategy, central to which was the creation of an asset matrix. This innovative approach aimed at:

- Conducting in-depth interviews and distributing digital questionnaires to grasp current workflows and identify improvement areas.

- Developing an asset matrix to provide a clear overview of required touchpoints, assets, and content, facilitating better planning and asset repurposing across platforms and markets.

- Reevaluating and defining roles and responsibilities within the production flow to optimize operations and eliminate unnecessary adjustments.
